Christology is the study of the person, nature, and work of Jesus Christ, the central figure of history and the cornerstone of our faith. We believe that Jesus is the eternal Son of God, the second person of the Trinity, who took upon Himself human flesh in the Incarnation without ceasing to be God. He is the unique “God-Man” (the Hypostatic Union), fully divine and fully human, possessing all the attributes of deity while experiencing the realities of humanity, yet without sin. This section explores the depths of who He is, affirmed by the ancient creeds and revealed in Scripture as the “image of the invisible God” (Colossians 1:15).

Beyond His identity, we examine His finished work. From the “First Gospel” promise in Genesis to the Types and Shadows of the Tabernacle, all of Scripture points to Him. We uphold the doctrine of Penal Substitutionary Atonement—that Christ died in the place of sinners, satisfying the wrath of God and securing eternal redemption for all who believe. Whether studying His miracles, His “I AM” statements, or His future reign as the Davidic King, a robust Christology is essential for guarding against error and growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior.

Let every word and pixel honor the Lord. 1 Corinthians 10:31: "whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
