Tag: Dispensation of Grace

The Dispensation of Grace, often called the Church Age, is the current administration of God’s plan, beginning at Pentecost (Acts 2) and concluding with the Rapture of the Church. This era is a “parenthesis” in the prophetic timeline of Israel—a mystery that was hidden in God from ages past and not revealed to the Old Testament prophets. In this unique period, God is calling out a people for His name from among both Jews and Gentiles, uniting them into one spiritual body, the Church, through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Unlike the Dispensation of Law, which demanded righteousness from man, this dispensation offers the righteousness of God as a free gift through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Believers in this age are not under the Mosaic Law but are under the “law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2), guided by the indwelling Holy Spirit. The responsibility of this dispensation is to believe the Gospel and walk in the Spirit, manifesting the fruit of righteousness. However, Scripture warns that this age will end in apostasy within the professing church, necessitating the removal of the true Body of Christ before the judgment of the Tribulation begins. This collection explores the riches of God’s grace, the distinct calling of the Church, and the freedom we possess in Christ to serve Him out of love rather than legalistic obligation.

Let every word and pixel honor the Lord. 1 Corinthians 10:31: "whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
