The Eternal State is the final horizon of biblical prophecy, the “Day of God” (2 Peter 3:12) that follows the Millennial reign of Christ. After the final rebellion is crushed and the old heaven and old earth pass away with a great noise, God will create a New Heaven and a New Earth where righteousness dwells.
